I waited over 4 hours in the doctors office for a check up. First and last visit for me.
I have received 8 bills from quest diagnostics. Eight bills in the course of a couple of months from blood work I had done in May, yes it is October now. Turns out the office failed to supply the proper diagnosis code to Quest.
I spoke to my health care provider 4-5 times concerning the issue, and the office said they would take care of it every time. Still on going. Lets just leave it at that considering theres more.

Above and beyond what is expected from a cardiologist. As I work in this field and have been working in this field for the last 30 years this office proves that teamwork creates excellence! As my parents are new patients for this doctor I was apprehensive but seeing how important each detail was to both the Dr. ,as well as, his Office Manager and staff, I have encouraged my entire family to change their present physicians immediately and emailed friends also. Dr. Saponieri gets an A+!!!

The office staff were very friendly and courteous of my time. I would say I waited about 20 minutes to receive my EKG and then another 15 to get another test done and then I waited a few more to see the doctor. The staff kept apologizing for the wait but there was no reason for it! My fiance and I both enjoy the doctor. He is down to Earth and straight to the point. He is a great doctor, I would recommend him to everyone I know!

Well I travel a lot and have met a lot of Doctors while on tour; but this Doctor , & his team (all secretary , the other heart Doctor, the girl with the glasses & my man Alex aka my security , led me through the building so I won't get lost, OG Ann Marie, & Lauren making sure she got my UHC patient # , since I didn't have it, this team is awesome and I will reccomend this doctor to everyone
