“Dr. Navarro is one of the best listeners. He cares & is genuinely concerned about your well being. He provides a detailed health plan & wants to ensure you are on board with it. He’s thorough, articulate & terrific. There are other doctors that are closer to my home but I would travel anywhere to continue to be his patient. I absolutely love his bedside manner. I am also very happy in the way he discusses my options with the benefits & drawbacks. He is amazing!!!”

Dr. Navarro is a great doctor and answered all my questions. My only disappointment is that the wait time was over an hour.
He was detailed and and answer the questions we ask. We were satisfied with him. We will certainly see him for a follow up
I moved to NY recently and had to switch ALL of my doctors, I found Dr. Navarro here, and I was VERY pleased.

Dr. Navarro is an amazing cardiologist. He listens and talks to you as a friend and not as a medical professional who knows it all. He listens to you and suggests plans of your conversation because every person is different. There isn't an exact broad blueprint to cardiolgoy and he knows that. Every patient is different. I had moved away from his area due to work and had a different cardiologist for a year but when I knew I needed real cardiac attention I made the effort to cross state lines to get his care. He has saved my life on numerous occasions due to my health. He's a physician you can contact and discuss how you feel and come to an agreement to a mutual cardiac goal. He's not about insurance charges like many doctors are these days. He cares about his patients and I'll recommend him to anyone in NYC.

Great Doctor
Verified patient
All in all a good experience from front desk, nurse, technician who did echocardiogram, to Dr. Navarro. Everyone was efficient, professional, courteous, and very nice!
Verified patient
Dr Navarro is great, good listener, practical. He gives you reasonable advice and direction to help improve your help. The office is tired and crowded. And the wait is unacceptable.
Verified patient
Dr Navarro is amazing! He was very clear when explaining the condition in question and the plan of treatment. He wasn’t in a rush, took his time and paid attention to my concerns.

Excellent doctor
Verified patient
This physician was terrible. I went in to get clearance for a procedure. On my first visit, I waited for 45 minutes to be seen only to find out he wasn't even in the office. The second visit, I waited an hour in the examining room, until I asked someone passing the room if they had forgotten I was still there. When he finally appeared there was no apology for the wait, and he couldn't even remember my reasoning for coming back to see him, when he in fact asked me too.
This was my first visit to a cardiologist and Dr. Navarro took the time to listen to me and my concerns and thoroughly explain his findings and next steps for treatment.
Verified patient
I felt the diagnosis was accurate (although the doctor's the expert in this so I trust them). I wasn't impressed with the level of professionalism in the practice generally. The first time I went I was waiting for over an hour to see the doctor and didn't receive an apology until after I brought it up
Verified patient
The nurse who brought me back to the exam room never introduced herself. Told me to put a gown on after removing my top and bra. She threw open my gown and didn't explain what she was doing while I lay there on a table with my breasts hanging out. Not a great way to kick off your first ever visit to a cardiologist, nor a good way to get your heart monitored. The doctor was pretty nice and thoughtful and asked good questions, but also failed to introduce himself on this, my first visit to his office. The only person who introduced herself and actually explained what was happening was Sephora, who then did an echo-cardiogram. Thank goodness for her, her professionalism, and her bedside manner. Also, the equipment in the office was very old. I was just at my GP and somehow my weight at this office was 10 pounds higher (digital scale at GP, old-school scale at this office.) When I said so to the nurse, she said she'd knock off 3 pounds on my record. What?! Is that how medicine works? And to top it all off, I went to this doctor to stay within the hospital network so they'd have my records from my GP, but it was clear that they weren't looked at or pulled up at any point.
Verified patient
He seemed knowledgeable, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was able to take care of an issue that day that I normally would have had to wait months for. Excellent!
Verified patient
Great job very thorough and helpful!
Verified patient
I firstly was assessed by his staff . They were very kind . At the end , Dr. Navarro informed me about my EKG , Echocardiogram and Blood Pressure while he examined . The front desk staff were kind as well . I recommend this office . They speak spanish too.
Verified patient
Dr. Navarro is very professional and informative.
Verified patient
Felt like I was in very good hands.
Verified patient
He's the best heart doctor that I have ever seen! He's very through and addresses all your issues not just focuses on one thing.
Dr. Navarro was very nice and was very thorough. He listened to all of my concerns and acted accordingly. The wait time was pretty long, but I was pleased with the quick action they took to find our what was wrong with me. I also appreciated the fact that I did not have to go to another facility to conducted certain tests that was needed. Everything is right there at the doctors office.

Very nice and courteous doctor.

Dr. Pablo Navarro is an excellent professional. He dedicated his attention to my heart problems as never before has done other doctor in New York. I am very pleased with him. I recommend Dr. Navarro to whoever may have heart problems.

My appointment was a few months ago. Great staff and I loved Dr. Navarro, and plan to go back and see him again when I need any monitoring. However, I waited close to 3 hours to be seen by the doctor. It's a good thing I took the whole day off of work and not just the morning.
Verified patient
Good doctor with nice bedside manner.

Finally!!! A doctor who listens and tests for specific issues that I am concerned about. Excellent and you won't be disappointed :)
Dr. Navarro: was extremely assertive and extremely nice. He took the time to ask important questions, not only about what was currently happening, but about family history. He personally gave me a call back to tell me the results of my tests, and was extremely caring. Wait Time: I went into the office three times. On the first visit I went around lunch time and it was on one of their busiest days, so there was a bit of a wait (around 45 minutes/ nearing an hour). On the second visit when it wasn't so busy, there may have only been one patientin the waiting room and they brought me in within the first minute I was there. The third visit I dropped off a heart monitor and the waiting room was almost empty, and the wait time looked very short. Staff: Two of Dr. Navarro's technicians/nurses who assisted me were fantastic and top notch. The female was Ukrainian and the male was Russian. They were so nice and caring, great sense of humor, and made me feel really comfortable when administering the tests. The female from Ukraine was a doctor back in Ukraine, and is actually waiting to get her test approved here in the states so she can practice here. You know they're a great staff when even the technicians/nurses are technically doctors.

Great visit! They accepted me late, but I was also running slightly late. The doctor is very knowledgable and has exceptional bedside manner!
One of the annoying things about being a twenty-something female is that doctors tend to write off all of your health problems as the result of stress, anxiety or an overactive imagination. Dr. Navarro, on the other hand, listens, takes you seriously, and better still -- he actually cares. He's the best. His office is also super accommodating with regards to billing and payment arrangements, and Marie at the front desk is an angel.
Excelente desde todo punto de vista, El Doctor y todo el personal de apoyo brindan un servicio amable y de alta calidad, quede gratamente sorprendida.

Yet to be determined!
Very Good. All questions were answered.
