Very good intake staff ran all tests. Doctor sees patient at end of tests and chats for a while. I might have wanted more time with the doctor.

I made an appointment on zocdoc but when I called to confirm they told me that they can't see me on that date and rescheduled me for a week later. The front desk was friendly but wait time was 1-2 hours. Dr Gitelis was great, he explained everything and was able to answer all my questions!

I was not crazy about this visit. I want even touched during my examination. I was in pain but I felt like he didn't really care. Staff was ok but I got charged twice and the billing staff was not very nice. I probably won't return

MY VISIT WAS EXCELLENT. I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT AND WAS TAKEN INTO AN EXAM ROOM IMMEDIATELY. SEVERAL TESTS WERE ADMINISTERED BY A VERY PROFICIENT AND PLEASANT STAFF MEMBER AND I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE.
THE DOCTOR CAME IN SOON AFTER AND PATIENTLY AND PLEASANTLY EXPLAINED THE RESULTS OF THE TESTS AND WHAT HIS RECOMMENDATIONS WERE. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND YET WARM AND CARING AND LISTENED ATTENTIVELY TO ALL MY QUESTIONS. I WILL DEFINITELY BE SEEING HIM AGAIN.
