i was here for TWO HOURS. the staff was fighting with one another in front of me. the woman who gave my ultrasound was so rude and unpleasant.

Hour wait just to verify my insurance. Office was crowded and I spent a total of 3 hours in the office. Probably won’t be back.

Terrible experience at this practice. They took me 40 minutes late and I had to seek out updates from the front desk multiple times as opposed to them communicating expected wait time etc. The front desk left charts open with full names, addresses, etc. on their computers which were visible to the waiting room. The NP I spoke to was kind as well as the ultrasound tech. However Dr. Greene had some of the worst bedside manners I've ever encountered. It took 2+ hours before she came to my room and I observed her texting in her office across the hall before entering. When I brought up the poor experience I was having she was incredibly condescending and rude. It is an awful feeling to go to the doctor feeling nervous about your health and be met with such a lack of human decency. The office manager was very thoughtful and heard and validated my concerns, proactively reimbursing my copay. I would never recommend Dr. Greene.

Everyone was very friendly, except for a receptionist. She didn’t need to be overly nice, but didn’t have to sound annoyed when I asked a question. It was very unpleasant.

I left Dr.Greene's office feeling disappointed & concerned about the priorities of this practice.
My appt was @ 4:00 PM Friday. Despite submitting my insurance info well in advance, they failed to verify it, as they do so when patients arrive. which is -call my insurance at the exact time of my appt -incredibly inefficient.
On the day -I had train delay coming from CT. I called the office to inform. They acknowledged. But, when I arrived @4:36 PM, the receptionist denied & kept arguing for 10 mins, even after I showed my phone log. They refused me service.
I got frustrated. I repeatedly asked to speak with Dr.Greene directly. She finally came out, did not ask about my condition or show any concern for my situation. Instead, she bluntly stated, “It’s Friday night, too late to verify your insurance, and we’re close & ready to go home.”
I was shocked - lack of empathy & professionalism.
Would you see a doctor who values “office hours” or “Friday night” over patient heart health -Think !

Doctor showed zero interest or empathy in my situation. She just read whatever was written on the report done by her assistants and physician for 40 sec and left. Olivia - physician was nice though, she was very involved and good listener.
Front desk is very rude and they don’t care what’s happening in there with patients. I came to see the doctor because I was in pain, the receptionist found me the next available appointment for testing in 1 month. When I asked if there’s any earlier than that or a waitlist that I can jump in, she cut me off with a cold face saying that it’s the only thing she can do. Now I have to wait in pain for a whole month to get this testing done. No alternative options, no care for patients were observed in this office. I’ll finish up with them in a month since I’ve done bunch of tests with this office, but I’d would never recommend this place to anybody.

Dr. Greene was great! I was able to see her in less than 24 hours by booking an appt through ZocDoc. I had tests done by her PA - who was so kind and welcoming. The PA explained everything to me and then I was seen by Dr. Greene who followed up with next steps. She also explained everything throughly and I felt heard. The office staff was kind and friendly. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy, especially with my ordered blood work. I’m happy to have Dr. Greene as my cardiologist and am glad she cares to really figure out what’s going on.
