It was packed and was there from 10 to 3pm. But got all my test done and got all my results all in the same appointment so that says something. Yes it took a while and the waiting areas were full but if you go eat before and bring liquids. You might be there a while. They are also dealing with much much older patients so I understand they are taking long with exams. So go in with no rush and you will be fine. The women who work there are great just be nice and they will be nice. Remember they are trying to do the best they can. It isn't many of them. Just sit and wait they didn't forget about you.

This doctor was fantastic. I feel like I made a friend , also the doctor who did my sonogram and the lady who took my vitals. They were all extremely professional and taking covid-19 safety precautions seriously. My sandal broke and this doctor was so cute, she gave me a pair of those nurse booties to go home. The receptionist were a bit cold and the one who’s name was Desiree was downright rude. I called cause it wasn’t all the way clear how to get to the office and she spoke to me over the phone like we had personal issues with each other. I walked in and she said “name” I said “hello “ and She said “naaame?” like who’s that rude this day and age ? I laughed to myself and left it alone. She was also having personal conversations at the TOP of her voice. I feel like the 2 girls
At the front also made me wait longer than I should have being petty (appt at 2:30, got seen at 3 something there was only like 2 other ppl there at any given time) but that can also be all in my head . She’s might be Bad reflection of the establishment she was cold ,
And rude and it wasn’t even that busy. I’ll be back at the end of July, hopefully they’ll be kinder then. Results were explained and seeing pictures of my heart was beyond interesting. I made a promise to be skinnier by then so we’ll see lol.

There needs to be faster service. There is no reason why I was there waiting to be seen for two hours. Other than that they were very polite, and explained to me the procedures that were being done.
