I was truly blown away by nurse Chandra's care. She zeroed in on the problem immediately and ordered an x-ray, which none of the many doctors and knee specialists I'd seen previously had done. and within a week I had a clean diagnosis and treatment plan. I only wish I'd found her sooner, as it would have saved me months of misdiagnoses. Thank you!

Chandra Shaw is our Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing at University of Colorado. She continued her education and graduated in 2019 with honors from Maryville University in St. Louis Missouri with her Master’s degree in Acute Care with a specialty in geriatrics. Chandra has been a nurse for nearly 18 years.
Chandra began her nursing career at University of Colorado hospital (UCHealth) working as a nurse intern, once she graduated with her Bachelors, she went on to a rural county 90 bed hospital where she gained critical care skills. Returning back to the UCHealth after a year where she found the love of emergency medicine and stayed there for several years before transitioning into auto-immune disorders. Upon completion of her Master’s degree, Chandra went to Bone Marrow transplant unit at the UCHealth.
Chandra is passionate about improving patient’s health and wellness and is excited to be a part of the Anodyne family.
