About Kaitlyn Finegan
Kaitlyn Finegan, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant who considers herself a Colorado native—though she jokes that she’s a “bad one,” having never been skiing or snowboarding. Her passion for medicine began at a young age, thanks to way too many episodes of ER and a few personal experiences caring for her dad as a patient.
In college, Kaitlyn worked as a medical scribe in both emergency and primary care settings before becoming an EMT. With a love of learning, a passion for teaching, and an empathetic nature, becoming a physician assistant felt like the perfect fit. She went on to earn her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Wake Forest School of Medicine.
Kaitlyn began her PA career at Denver Health, where she worked in both the emergency department and the clinical observation unit. Over the past few years, she has cared for patients in acute settings while also helping them manage ongoing health needs. She values empowering individuals to take an active role in their health and strives to provide personalized, evidence-based care. Her approach focuses on building lasting relationships and supporting patients through every stage of life.
Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time at home with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. She loves reading, soaking in a bath, and taking naps whenever she can. A self-proclaimed Chipotle enthusiast—top 10% of their rewards members, to be exact—she can happily eat it any time of day. She also enjoys singing (badly, by her own admission), connecting with friends, and capturing little moments through photos.

Fantastic staff! There is a lot of care and love in that clinic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist who wasted no time getting me checked in and he was very pleasant to speak with. Whereas I felt ignored at other doctors offices, Kaitlyn listened to every one of my concerns and made sure I felt valued, respected, and understood. She was absolutely amazing in her expertise and clear communication. The nurse was very experienced, both in technical skills and in her ability to make you feel comfortable. I could not have asked for a better experience and will continue to keep my primary care within their clinic!

I had booked with Claire who I have seen many times, they needed to reschedule due to accidental double booking and im flexible so I said sure. I did not realize they changed my provider in the process. Im used to Claire, her bedside manner matches me as a person. She knows me and my chart. I did not like having to explain my health history to someone I did not expect to see. Im sure she is fabulous but I was caught off guard after going to one provider for several years. I have doctor appointment ptsd and have a hard time trusting new doctors. Please next time review who the client usually sees and confirm if you need to change that they are ok with a different doctor.
