I am a native of Philadelphia, PA. I received my B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and my M.D. degree from Temple University. Following medical school, I completed my residency in pediatrics at the University of Virginia Children's Medical Center. I have been awarded the Castle Connolly's Top Doctors(TM) award, the Patient's Choice Award and was named a "Top Doc" for pediatrics for the seventh consecutive year in 2020 in the Philadelphia Magazine Top Docs(TM) Issues. Me and my wife Nancy, a pediatric nurse practitioner, founded Horsham Pediatrics in 1992. We reside in Philadelphia and have two sons in college and an older daughter who resides in Manhattan. I am an avid tennis player, part-time musician and a rabid Eagles fan.
