Graduating from Amherst College, he received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University Jefferson Medical College, completed his pediatric residency at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, and joined Advocare Atrium Pediatrics in 1989. Interested in improving the quality of medicine and in "evidence-based" medicine, Dr. Rosenblum is the chair of Virtua Hospital's Pediatric Performance Improvement Committee. Dr. Rosenblum and his wife have twin daughters. He enjoys bicycling, travel, and photography.

My daughter was never seen because I was told at the front desk that they did not have an appointment scheduled for me although I had the confirmation on my phone . I was also told they didn’t have time for a wellness exam . Very unprofessional and rude . I was asked to schedule for another day and time which was not really convenient for me .
