My visit with Dr. Creasman was wonderful. New patient check in went smoothly and expeditiously. Very little wait time before I was called back and very little wait time to actually see the doctor. He addressed my concerns and gave me options of treatment.

Wait time is ridiculous if you get seen. Office staff could use an attitude adjustment. Dr. Creasman is always in a rush.

typical hurried doctor. No time spent asking questions and ZERO time listening to the few that were asked.

The doc was professional and answered my questions. The wait time was just under two hours, which seems unreasonable. Other reviews mentioned this, so at least I was expecting it.

The Dr came in and did not introduce himself just started speaking really fast about my x-ray. He was standing up and I was in my wheelchair. I extended my hand to him and introduced myself. He stared at my hand and eventually give it a quick shake. I then asked what he was saying about my x-ray. He said it didn't matter and as he walked out the door he told the nurse to send me for an MRI. He was out the door so fast. My husband and I thought surely he was coming back. We asked the nurse if he was coming back. She apologized repeatedly and said everyone hates how fast and impersonal he is. He never asked where does it hurt or do you have questions, nothing. 1 hour drive there, 1 hour wait, 2 minute or less with the Dr.. Before we left his office I used one of the 2 restrooms. The first one had no toilet paper or hand towels so I used the second restroom. It had toilet paper but no soap or hand towels. As we went past the check out desk I mentioned that there were no hand towels or soap. She sighed and said there is never soap. Hmm get me out of here! I left so disappointed in the whole situation.

I was able to get an appointment the very next day of my first visit to ZocDoc.com. I was able to print out the required forms online and have them completed prior to my office visit making check in a breeze. The entire staff was professional, from the office personnel and nurses, Xray tech and doctors assistants to Dr Creasman, even the intern was very professional. I would highly recommend Dr Creasman as my visit exceeded any expectations I may have had.

Dr. Creasman was at the top of his game. Never have I had a Doctor do and care for me at this capacity. He was able to answer all my and my family quetion. I received immediate medical attention to help relieve my pain. Also, given a plan "B" just incase. From booking the appointment to walk out the office door was one of the highest quality visits we have ever experienced. Thank You Dr. Creasman and Staff! Albert C.

Dr. Creasman is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. He provided a options that I may not have thought were possible.

Dr. Creasman is knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. I needed an X-ray, which was done in the office before he saw me so that he already had some knowledge of my injury before he examined me. I had an appointment for an MRI before I left the building, and I'll see Dr. Creasman again next week.

It was worth the wait time. Good information and fast appointment once back to see the doc. Xray and MIR available at the office.

My appointment was at 9am and was not seen until 11:30 am. I asked the nurse if this was normal and she said that it depends on the day. The X-Ray lady was very nice and professional. The Doctor is Nice but I felt like he was in a rush to get out. He spent no more than 5 minutes in the room. No real exam. I will not go back due to the long wait time and the fact that I feel like a number.

Great, professional doctor. Gets called for emergency surgeries at nearby hospitals which caused the delay in being seen for my appointment today. Office staff was extremely professional and called me in advance to let me know so I could reschedule if I did not have time to wait.

I really, really liked Dr. Creasman. He explained my knee problem in a way that has not been explained to me before. He gave me options that I had not given before. I have decided to cancel my surgery that I had schedule with another doctor and have Dr. Creasman. He took the time with me to answer all my questions and explain my condition even though he was running behind. He did not make me feel like he was rushed. I felt like he genuinely cared.

First saw him 14 years ago. He was sharp, smart, decent and skilled. He's still that way. Although I should add, that under "bedside manner", it's best if your bed is on wheels and already moving. Quickly to the point, and dilly-dallying just doesn't happen. Try to be prepared before a visit (as you would with any physician).
Clearly top notch in his field.

The doc, his front desk staff, and his xray person are amazing. I was not impressed with the nurse's knowledge or ability to help answer questions or make me feel confident. I loved the doctor's attitude on treatment and their ability to get me into an MRI right away. I was not happy with the 1 45 min wait in lobby (uncomfortable and boring) but I know that was rare as someone called out sick and put them behind.

Besides the fact that I had a really long wait the doctor was super awesome! He was very truthful and caring about my condition. Gave me all the options available and finally a doctor was straight forward about what was going. Definitely would wait an hour and a half to see him again!
April 1, 2014Maria C.Verified patient
Surprised no one let me know that Dr. Creasman was running as late as he was because of surgery. It would have made the wait a little more bearable.

I was very dissapointed i checked in at 9:42 with paperwork ready and i got called back to the room at 11:16 sat in there for about ten to fifteen minutes at least waiting to see doctor he finally came in saw me maybe 2 minutes then just left without discussing anything else, then the assistant just brought me a script for an MRI so i left very upset.

Visited with Dr. Creasman for a second opinion. He was very friendly and educated me and offered less invasive procedure another doctor failed to.

the wait was way too long and I thought he knew his stuff but thought I would get a more thorough examination but maybe he knew the issue with just looking at my xrays. he didn't ask to many questions, shake my hand and introduce himself or anything like that and I expected that being a first time patient.
More than 1 year agoInitials hidden
He was only in the room a few minutes and didn't ask hardly any questions regarding my knee, what I had done to help my knee. Mentioned an MRI if I had the money to get one done. Not really satisfied with the visit.

I was very pleased, still having lots of pain issues that are pretty much the same before my surgery. Dr.Creasman says it will get better with time.
April 8, 2013Karen D.Verified patient
I had quite a wait time, once seen it was pretty fast. I felt like he spoke more to his assistant than me, the patient. They didn't really explain in depth the MRI & xray - it's like they talked with each other and not really me the patient. I felt like a third wheel. He got the job done but it didn't really feel like a thorough visit with the patient.

Excellent! Very kind and caring. Sat down and explained different options for treatments and what he would recommend. My family and I were very pleased and grateful.

The doctor validated my concern about the issue I came to see him about and didn't treat the issue as if I were a hypocondriac!! He was pleasant and I enjoyed meeting him.
