Booked through Zoc Doc when I arrived they had no record of my booking. They said Dr Herring could see me. Handed over ID and insurance card. Then filled out 5 forms. Only when they looked through my forms did they say that my insurance wasn't accepted.

CAUTION: This doctor *only* accepts patients who can produce proof of a Covid-19 vaccination. Yes, this is being written in May of 2024, if you can believe it. Two hours before my appointment, his receptionist called to inform me that I needed to bring proof of a Covid-19 vaccination, or the doctor would refuse to see me. Since I have no such 'proof' (just the gold standard: natural immunity), I had to cancel the appointment, & reschedule with another doctor, who isn't able to see me until next week. Had I been made aware *earlier* of this doctor's antiquated policies, I could've booked with an actual medical professional who follows current scientific data - rather than bureaucratic/corporate propaganda, or their own personal paranoia. But now it's too late for me to schedule another appointment with another doctor this week, so I have to wait until *next* week to be treated for my injuries - a 5 day delay in treatment that could've easily been avoided. "Do no harm," eh?

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Herring. His team saw me quickly and was efficient, even ordering x-rays and taking them right on the spot vs having me wait for an ultrasound or x-ray technician at a later date. I think he’s excellent. I’m not one who is great with questions and answers so I tend to just give all the information upfront and then if they still have questions I’ll be happy to answer them. My problem was evaluated immediately. My ZocDoc pre-check-in worked and the documents were printed and the Dr. reviewed details with me. I received a physical exam and he explained as he examined me. I especially appreciated that I was x-ray'd there. Not long after the x-rays the Dr. confirmed his diagnosis and added more specifics shown in the x-rays. I also really appreciated that he took immediate action to relieve the problem with medication followed by PT recommendation. Finally, the location is professional, easy access and clean.

I sincerely appreciated how patient Dr. Herring was with me.. I am beyond afraid of needles!!!! He explained every step to me, he has a sincere warm manor about him.. I of course had to hold the XRAY TECH'S hand to get the shot.. He was a gem.(I am sure that he had out clients) The staff at the front desk were very nice also...I will for sure refer Dr. Herring to others...

I had the first appointment in the morning (7am) which is always my preference, but even at the crack of dawn his staff was energetic and entertaining (Dolores is a gem). They got me through the check-in promptly and their X-Ray tech processed me quick and clean. Dr. Herring came in and asked me about my condition, my activities and my overall medical history, taking his time and getting the full picture before discussing prognoses, even letting me take a picture of my X-Ray with my phone. Not to mention I was in and out in 45 minutes flat, which is something of a record.

I was incredibly frustrated with my appointment. The office wasn't aware that I was coming, despite having confirmed and scheduled my appointment. I waited in a freezing exam room in a hospital gown for over an hour, and the doctor was unable to tell me what was wrong. I felt patronized, taken advantage of and incredibly let down.

Parking is not validated. Dr. Herring gave me a good assessment of my issues. Recommended solutions to the problem. Took some X-rays. Technician is not personable. Dr. Herring knows what was wrong right away.

I was very happy with Dr. Herring and really surprise to see a specialist taking all the time necessary to explain and made sure I understand what was going wrong with my knees. I had two crisis during the visit. Dr. Herring Was excellent and tried all he could to alleviate.
