Dr. MacKechnie is an excellent provider, who listens and takes ample time for assessment with the patient. Also, the office staff is extremely helpful and kind. It took me a long time to find an ENT office that I actually found helpful, professional, and that I truly trusted, and I am happy to be with the Scottsdale/Commercio location of Valley ENT with Drs. MacKechnie and Heiland, and PA-C Kramer. Cannot recommend them enough!

Since I was having an ear problem, I saw the Audiologist and had a hearing test done first which could help diagnose the problem. I then saw Dr MacKechnie and was given a thorough exam. I was very impressed with her quick diagnosis. I have a follow up appointment and will continue to see her as needed..
