AllCare Primary & Immediate Care is a primary care group focused on providing convenient access to high-quality services delivered by knowledgeable and compassionate teams with an emphasis on preventive wellness. During your appointment, we may refer you to a specialist for certain conditions related to dermatology, gynecology, urology, etc.
Dr. Chioma Udemgba received her medical degree from Duke University and went on to complete a combined residency training program in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. At Tulane, she served as chief resident of her Med-Peds program.
She was also awarded distinctions in Medical Education, as well as in Program Administration and Leadership upon graduating. She is now a dual-board certified Internist and Pediatrician. She is passionate about caring for patients with complex medical conditions and very interested in preventative and adolescent health.
She is also highly interested in the diagnosis and management of allergic conditions, including food allergies, seasonal allergies, and allergic asthma.

Dr. Ngembe is a cutting edge family physician. She listens and processes information at the speed of light and has a repitoire of knowledge regarding all of my challenges. She comes with her laptop, accurately captures our discussion and immediately follows up on prescriptions and tests. Her bedside manner is fantastic: she is warm, respectful and kind. I feel blessed to have found her.

The location on the other hand, had me wait for a hour before a nurse saw me, then another 30 minutes before the provider was able to see me. This is despite me setting up an appointment a few weeks in advance.

It’s hard to beat the late evening appointments…it’s so convenient. I didn’t wait at all, I was brought back to an exam room as soon as i checked in. The exam room was clean, for some reason there isn’t a sink there but all staff members used hand sanitizer. Jasmine, the MA was training and appeared eager to care for the patient and provided outstanding patient care.
Dr. Udemgba is thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. As far as physical appointments go, this was one of the best. The preventive care recommendations offered were on point…I will definitely return. Big thanks to the care team!

Dr. Udemgba is great but this clinic is unbelievably horrible. They made me and another patient wait for nearly 2 hours even though we both had confirmed appointments, with no prior warning, explanation, or apology; In fact they were very rude about it. I feel bad for Dr. Udemgba because this is not her fault, but it totally ruins the experience.

So so happy I found Dr. Udemgba! Exceptional bedside manner -- she was very respectful and I never felt judged at any point during the visit.
As a female, I have a lot of anxiety going to the doctor, due to misdiagnoses and undermining of symptoms/feelings/pain, and getting talked down to by different providers in the past. Dr. Udemgba treated me with compassion, took the time to listen, and asked thoughtful follow-up questions. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care doctor.

Dont waste time snd your money. I went to do my annual physical. I came out with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. no one called me to follow up and I realized because I verified the results. no one called me to follow up. the appointment was very informal and the doctor did not answer my health concerns or was unaware.
