Dr. Chris Fulmer is a Bay Area native and is happy to have the opportunity to practice medicine in the place he calls home. He has a passion for promoting health and wellness through behavioral modification specifically through exercise and an active lifestyle. This area of health and wellness promotion is a direct extension of his Sports Medicine training.
Dr. Fulmer enjoys treating athletes of all ages and levels of competition for both sport related injuries and medical conditions. He is the team physician for several local sports teams including Valley Christian High School, San Jose City College, and the San Jose Sabercats.
