Dr. Guan may have the expertise but the entire appointment was weird and suspicious. He is more like a salesperson than a doctor to me.
Dr. Guan gives me the feeling that he is trying to sell his treatment/service as much as possible. He would offer ultrasound which is less commonly used to diagnose according to other doctors, and some other expensive but “maybe helpful” treatment or service during the appointment. When I asked for cost and details about each plan and any advice for recovery, he seemed not to be very willing to explain more. The cost of the first visit turned out to be a lot and you’ll pay up front. Most importantly, the doctor didn’t even mention the MRI, which is supposed to be the most accurate way to diagnose. I couldn’t help guessing that was because they don’t offer MRI in the office so they couldn’t charge me for it. Anyway, be cautious!

I thought the service was very quick for a first time patient. The staff was friendly but got thorough information so the Dr could start working on his analysis right away. Once his diagnosis was determined he had a plan of action and we already scheduled an appointment for the next step. Fast, friendly and thorough.

This doctor was rude and refused to explain any of the surgical procedures. claiming he had done thousands of ligament repairs with a 97% success rate. My injury was just a sprained ankle with a minor avulsion fracture, and I had no prior trauma—my MRI showed only mild damage. after surgery, he claimed I had severe cartilage damage, which wasn’t shown in my previous MRI.said I needed joint replacement surgery, requiring me to be bedridden for another eight weeks. He then suggested stem cell injections instead, but wanted me to pay out of pocket. This felt misleading and like an attempt to push unnecessary treatments.He want me to come back for suture removal until four weeks post-surgery. I went to the ER at 18 days post-surgery to have them removed. there was no treatment plan provided. encounter misleading information pressured into self-funded treatments, His ethics are questionable, Be extremely careful! Zocdoc should investigate doctors like him for such unethical practices.

Dr. Guan and his staff were such a blessing, and I consider myself lucky to have found this practice.
Dr. Guan took care of my urgent problem on the spot — no need to be put on meds and scheduled for treatment later. I was shocked (in a good way!) and felt so well taken care of. Dr. Guan was gentle, kind, and attentive. He really took his time and is meticulous with his work. I can’t thank him and his team enough!

? the receptionist actually contacted me so if I wanted to come in a little little bit earlier at 3:30. I signed on got there. Nice facility parking garage underneath access with easy.
I saw the doctor after filling out the forms in short order. He performed the procedure I needed, which was a toenail removal ? with skill. All in all I would say it’s about as pleasant As a toenail removal can be.
