“I am without insurance right now, so I booked an appointment with Zocdoc. It was quite expensive for someone without insurance so I have to say the office area was clean. The receptionist was OK. I think she could’ve been a little more friendlier the person that came to see me first that took my blood pressure. He really didn’t know what he was doing. The next person that came to see me. I’m not sure if he was actually a doctor or not he called himself Moses. I explained why I was there and he looked at my situation said he gave me some medication and left the room never came back until I asked about medication. I wished I had a little more time because I was there past the time that they closed they were running late. I could’ve asked more questions. ”

worst experience ever. complete waste of time. I made sure they were within my provider's network according to Zocdoc, they were. When I arrived. They were calling me by a name that was not even my name. Had to be the worse experience by far. They told me I had to pay out of pocket to be treated, but I have fully funded medical insurance. Made no sense. Caused me to waste over 3 hours of my day.

My appointment was 11:45 was seen by the doctor at 3:30. Not enough chair however the staff after 30min. Gave me one of their chairs to sit in. However, the care was excellent.

Officers looked very clean, organized/uncluttered, suitable decor.
The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly and professional.
The PA-C greeted me by name, listened to my explanation, questions and concerns, and addressed them.
My first time with this organization and at this location. If any future need for urgent care, I would not hesitate to go here again.

I went in for a possible sinus infection. The place was clean and staff were so friendly. ??They listened to my symptoms and prescribed me with medication to treat the infection. I will definitely refer people I know and visit again when in need. I am beyond grateful to have found this place!! ??

Cassandra Roy , the practioner I was seen by, was extremely condescending and rude during my visit. I will be filing a formal complaint of the physician mentioned and not recommending this facility to my network of family/clients.

I was shocked at the swiftness! I went in, immediately checked in with the front desk, paid my copay, and before I could even turn around to face the waiting area, I was called back to start my visit. I arrived 15 mins before my appointment time and was already done and out the door 15 mins after my appointment time. The staff and doctors were all very friendly and compassionate and the doctor who actually confirmed my diagnosis and prescribed medication was very clear and kind. I will definitely go back here for any urgent care needs, but hopefully that won't be soon! haha

The office is friendly, welcoming, and professional. For an office that accepts walk-ins, I never felt rushed, and the provider took the time to discuss with me the symptoms and treatments, and did not end the visit until I had no further questions.

They were very professional and extremely friendly. When I voiced another concern not mentioned before booking, the provider helped me get more testing for that issue. He was very sweet and helpful. I feel very well taken care of.
