Made me realize to never come back here again and would rather fly back home to see my child’s original Pediatrician. Office was extremely small and not clean. Pee cups in reach of children in the room where they take children’s height and weight. Extremely Disgusting.

It’s so amazing to find a doctor that accepts medicaid in nyc and gives such a positive experience. From the moment I walked into the office the staff was kind and super patient. My 1 year old attempted to do as 1 year olds do and run into the back and instead of being scolded or being looked at funny I was surrounded by positivity and help. This is the first time I sit in a pediatricians office and every single staff member wanted to be there and wanted to be working with children. I felt very much at home. I was informed by staff and Dr. Christiana Nichols about several things regarding insurance vaccines nutrition etc that I was unaware of. Listened to every concern without judging and educated me wherever needed with a calm and kind demeanor. You feel how much she truly cares about the patient. Will continue bringing my son here for as long as the office is open. Best experience with a pediatrician I’ve ever had!

My son's pediatrician retired a few years ago, ever since then I've been looking for someone of her caliber. I'm glad I don't have to search further, Dr. Nichols is a true gem. My son (9) was put at ease right away, her staff are warm and welcoming. Dr. Nichols's bedside manner is amazing, I definitely highly recommend her.

Dr.Nichols was super welcoming and treated us like we were regular patients (it was our first visit). She joked with my little one and was so welcoming. The wait wasn't bad at all. Actually I was 20 minutes late and they still saw my little one.

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit with Dr. Nichols. It was nice to see a doctor who actually stopped and listened when I told her about my daughter instead of typing away at a computer the whole time. The office is small but has a pleasant feel, and the staff was friendly. Will definitely take my daughter there from now on.

Don't really like doctor's offices because the amount of waiting they make you do. This was my first time at Dr. Nichols's office, there was some overcrowding due to small space and the strollers BUT the time with the nurse and the Doctor herself was amazing and efficient.

She's an awesome doctor. Daftly dealt with my son's temper tantrum, helped to keep him distracted during the parent Q&A session, and quickly administered his vaccination before he even had time to think about the pain. She offered suggestions, was knowledgeable, and my son just loved her! Great all around experience.
