Dr. Christie Nguyen received her Doctor of Optometry from University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry (UIWRSO). She received her Bachelor degree in Health Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She is certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease and glaucoma. Dr. Nguyen completed her clinical rotations at the Viera VA Outpatient Clinic (Florida), Eye and Vision Care Clinic (Texas), and the Community Eye Clinic in Fort Worth, TX. After graduating from Optometry school, she moved back to her hometown of San Leandro where she currently resides and practices. She is up to date with all the latest in Optometry technologies and strives to provide the best patient experience. In her free time she enjoys trying different foods, traveling and spending time with her family.

I came in talked to the front office. Signed all my forms I filled out the day before. Walked down stair and was inside doing tests within 4 minutes. Had a good time talking and getting to know the office members and was treated with respect and dignity. Warm and friendly staff and Doctor. 10/10 will be back again

The doctor was great and really kind and a clear communicator. She gave me some good recommendations for my overall eye Health. However, the sales associate was very pushy in getting me to buy eyewear. The assumption was made that I would buy new equipment and I wasn't asked if I wanted to buy anything and I was placed in a sales situation.
