Everybody from the lady at reception to the 2 assistants plus the doctor it was a great thank you for looking out for me and my issue kind of experience. Dr F gave me great answers and a reason to move forward with my problem. This is one of those I can't wait to go back experiences. ?? I would def recommend them????

Wonderful experience. Listened to me and explained my situation clearly. Appreciated the fact she did not rush into a battery of unnecessary tests, instead took a sensible approach. I’d highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Florival and the nurses are really nice. I like that she doesn’t push meds/tests on me and listens when I talk about my experiences. She is not one of those doctors that act like care is one sided. Crystal run can be kind of annoying and very busy, but for the most part I am in and out.

being on FML you would think the doctor you are seeing would care if the information they write down is correct or not. I am going to lose my house and my family has already started infighting because of my 10 weeks without income. you would think you can trust in the system. you would think after 10 or more phone calls and hand delivered urgent messages and emails from the FML payor that a doctor would respond. you would think there's absolutely no reason for an issue that can be fixed with 8 keystrokes on a keyboard and a few mouse clicks that a problem like mine wouldn't be going on its 6th n 7th week right now. you would also think these people and places must surely assume some form of liability, I mean, if I worked at Burger King and a customer asked me to make them something, I couldn't just cover my eyes like a baby would playing peekaboo, and literally disappear. this woman has disappeared. if I lose my house, because 2005 should be 02/03/2023 on paperwork......SUED!

The visit went great. A short wait and warm greeting. The facility was very clean. Dr. Christina Florival, MD is an amazing young professional woman that actually listens to you describe the ailments, without interrupting. She doesn't diagnose you with anything until she sees the tests she referred. Most would've suggested physical therapy without conducting any test. I'm very happy with my visit.
