I had alot to offer load and Christine was an excellent “container”she is recommending some tests and is checking with the insurance company and then circling back… I thought she did a very good job. I felt heard the only thing is I probably didn’t give her enough time to ask me as many questions is maybe she would want to have.

Ms. Corcoran is a family nurse practitioner with 20 years of experience and recognizes the body/mind connection, which prompted her to obtain her psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner post-master’s certificate from Pace University.
Using a patient-centered approach, Ms. Corcoran performs psychosocial assessments, medication management, and psychotherapy in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental care environment to address the emotional/mental health needs of her patients.

Christine is a wonderful provider! She created such a welcoming atmosphere for the visit by actively listening and responding to our concerns, carefully explaining the questions asked and explaining what the answers were indicative of, and making the conversation feel like a chat between friends. She provided evidence based rationales in a way that my teen could understand and it didn’t feel derogatory. Christine is the first person to really show that she understood the gravity of the situation and urgency needed to find a solution.
Overall, I am very grateful and I highly recommend her as a clinician.
