Because we accept insurance, we can reduce out-of-pocket expenses and still offer high-quality care. You may not have any cost related to your visit with us, depending upon your insurance plan. Most patients pay a small copay per visit, subject to any deductible or coinsurance that your health plan has. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services determines appropriate billing guidelines. These guidelines depend on the length of the visit and the complexity and severity of your diagnosis. For this reason, we need to wait until after the visit for the final determination. We then submit the claim to your insurance company. The charges are calculated based upon pre-negotiated prices with your insurance company. Your insurance company will then determine what amount, if any, is your responsibility per your insurance plan.

Useless - was informed after providing my life story that the doctor would not be able to prescribe controlled substances in my state after COVID rules changed. Why on earth is he offering medication management in my state then? Why would I want to start a relationship with a doctor that I cannot work with long term? When I emphasized my concern and my desire to look into a particular medication, I was told that I had I had an "unhealthy fixation" on substances. I have no substance abuse history, I have taken this medication successfully in the past, and I am gainfully employed. I don't need to be treated by a junkie after opening myself up and being vulnerable. I drink just a few times a month and was told that if taking a benzodizepine under his care I would to abstain from ALL alcohol, period. This is ridiculous, and I feel sorry for those under his care who do not know any better to get a second opinion. Stay away.
