Not much of a "physical" in my opinion. I was weighed, had my blood pressure/temp taken but the only "exam" was my filling out several information forms. There was no "hands on", the PA was brusque. The nicest person was the nurse who took my blood.

Saw Dr. Metz a few years ago at another practice. I was so happy to find her again. She is very easy to talk to, not intimidating like some doctors can be. She is very thorough. The office staff was pleasant and professional.

Dr. Metz and her entire staff are very friendly, and surprisingly exude what I can only describe as casual professionalism, immediately displaying a personable association with me rather than maintaining a more impersonal approach that is common in doctors' offices. A very relaxing atmosphere while still maintaining strict adherence to professional responsibilities.

The office was clean and modern, and the staff friendly and helpful. As a new patient, I hadn't even completed my paperwork before the nurse came to get me. Dr. Metz was energetic, efficient and insightful, and provided the necessary referrals. I was pleased with my choice of practitioner.
