I had one appointment booked with them, which had to be rescheduled to the next day because they werent sure if they covered my insurance. She confirmed I was covered and we had the appointment thenext day.. the appointment itself was fine, though I did communicate I was seeking a new provider because my last psychiatrist didnt pay attention to me and had family in the room with her. She sent my prescriptions, all but 1, so I emailed asking for a that prescription to be sent through. I waited 2 days and didnt hear back so I emailed again, this time noticing Zocdoc says they are now out of network. So in my second email I ask for a confirmation if I am still a patient. I did not hear back, and now find myself looking for a 3rd psychiatrist. To not even respond to my email is beyond unprofessional and not to mention rude. She was nice, but I do not reccomend.
