Being that it was my first time at this office, I appreciated that they made the check-in process swift and simplified. Dr. Layton's resume speaks for itself. On top of that she is sweet, professional, knowledgeable and offered a few viable solutions to my issue. I really liked her and will definitely be going back should I need a Dermatologist!

Dr. Layton seemed thorough with her exam, demonstrated good bedside manner and explained the procedure reason and rationale, then proceeded to do the procedure during the SAME appointment. I was impressed that this office and physician allows adequate time to perform the necessary treatment without having to schedule another appointment. The 5 months spent waiting for an appointment is the only complaint I would have with this practice.

Dr. Christle J. Layton loves seeing patients from all ages and all backgrounds. Dr. Layton was called to the profession of dermatology because of her time growing up in the Arizona sun and her research at Stanford Cancer Center in melanoma skin cancer.
As an Arizona native, Dr. Layton earned her undergraduate degree in Physiology with minors in Chemistry and Spanish from the University of Arizona Honors College graduating with Honors, Summa Cum Laude. She engaged in research in the Department of Biochemistry and at the Arizona Cancer Center. During her undergraduate years she also studied in Spain and is fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Layton went on to Stanford University School of Medicine in Palo Alto, California earning her medical degree. Her Scholarly Concentration was in Community Health and Public Service. During her time at Stanford she engaged in clinical research at the Stanford Cancer Center related to melanoma skin cancer and pigmented lesions. In the following year, she completed a prestigious internship in Internal Medicine at Stanford University Medical Center. Dr. Layton then completed her Dermatology Residency at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA, where she served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Layton is an Arizona native and the 4th of 5 girls in her family with one sister who is also a dermatologist. She enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activities, exploring other cultures, and travel.

Wasn't thoroughly happy with my appointment. Doctor prescribed acne medication and suggested I ad bad acne (I only had one little pimple on my chin) and I was only there to see about my eczema.

Dr. Layton was late to my about by about 20 minutes and it felt rushed but working in a doctor's office myself, I understand how that can happen. She was very kind and had a good bedside manner.
