Over the years Dr. Bonisignore has been eager to explore a non-surgical approach to the many orthopedic ailments that patients experience including a potential substitution to costly and painful joint replacement.
Dr. Bonsignore, a board-certified surgeon, is highly trained in Orthopedic Surgery with over a decade of experience. He has seen many patients where surgery may not have been a good option.
He quotes: “Disc herniation, bulging discs, osteoarthritis, joint pain is among the many conditions that are commonly addressed through surgical procedures. Often these procedures fail and result in increased pain for the patients without satisfactory result and functional outcome. In addition, there are serious risks associated with anesthesia including death and having plastics and metal in the body from joint replacement surgery. Most joint replacement procedures last about 10 to 12 years. These patients may need another surgery as a result of further joint deterioration, movement of apparatus or deterioration of apparatus placed in the joints. For many, new problems arise after joint replacement surgery which would require a second surgery, months of rehab and going under anesthesia again.”

very strange office. inappropriate advertisements , went with xrays. they never looked at. never looked at my wrist. gave me script for MRI.

The mask rules in the office were very relaxed. Saw at least three medical professionals who did not wear a mask, and only put them on when they were about to see a patient. Even at the front reception desk, some people did not wear a mask the whole time. One of the physical therapists was only wearing a face shield, no mask at all.
