Making an appointment was hands down the easiest doctors appointment I have ever made in my life. It was online, super quick, no waiting on the phone or anything! IT WAS GREAT!
When I first walked in I was immediately greeted by a nice receptionist who took my license and insurance information. The waiting room was very clean and organized.
At 820, my exact appointment time, I was called in the back by a lady with a smile and generally seemed happy to be working. She brought me in a room and asked me a few basic questions. The nurse left after quickly preparing the tools that he would need. A few minutes later, Dr. Hubbel came in, gave me his normal warm, friendly handshake and talked to me about my day so far. He obviously knew why I was there and got straight to the point. He did his part and quickly checked over my body to make sure he didnt see anything suspicious. His nurse gave me the care instructions and off I went.
After I left the room, I went to pay. The lady I talked with to make my payment was also very friendly and efficient. I was out of there by about 840!
This is my second time seeing doctor Hubbel and the second time I was impressed about the quality of staff, the efficient processes they have in place and most importantly how they respect your time just as much as you respect theirs. Its a fantastic doctor office!
