Before I went there I called them and explained what insurance I got, they answered that they work with my insurance, but it was not true until the doctor attended me I realized that they don't work with my insurance Cigna
so the person behind the phone they don't have any clue what it's going on with the insurance companies
I wouldn't recommend them

Clean, modern facility. Friendly staff, great bedside manner by the doctors, and showed their genuine care. I had a situation that led the doctor to call directly with the results and walk me through any questions. I felt very cared for and will return for any urgent needs.

Had a wonderful experience at this office on Labor Day! Despite the annoyance the staff could have had for working that day, they were very friendly, accommodating, and pleasant. I would definitely go back and refer any friends or family members in need of urgent care.

The staff was incredibly friendly and respectful. I had to get a pelvic exam and felt fully comfortable and at ease with the NP and assistant.
The only (minor) negative aspect of my experience was that at the end of my appointment, I think the NP forgot I was still there because it took about 30 minutes for her to come back with the paperwork she was grabbing for me. No biggie on my end, she was extremely nice and apologized for the wait.

I had the best experience here today! NP Edwin had the absolute best bedside manner and the lovely nurse who assisted him was so sweet. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated better by medical professionals before. I will definitely be back to this specific location next time I am in need.

Definitely would go back! Quick & offer same-day appointments. Even open on Saturdays! The staff are very nice and professional. And the doc treated my condition VERY quickly. 100/100 recommend!
