Really upset with the Zocdoc and providing false information.

I have booked about four appointments from this app but haven’t seen any of the physicians listed. Utterly ridiculous , today was worse , no one knows I was coming , physician not at the location, no proper address. that is horrible and I’m not acceptable anymore. I would never use Zoodoc again.

Zocdoc misrepresents both doctors available as well as practice specialty. I made an appointment with a doctor of internal medicine at this office and neither the doctor was working there still nor was there an internist at all. Rather I was seen by a physician assistant.

Provider would not see me, as I was 15 minutes late and tried to call. Traffic was at a end stop, left work early for this 4:30p appointment, yet they had me fill paperwork just to tell me that the doctor wouldn’t see me. Never going there again.

I will never use this app again. My card has been charged 4 times without my knowledge. Tried to call and speak with someone was told they don’t deal with payments. Called the number that is suppose to be the office and of course. No answer. I also want to cancel my appointment for tomorrow no way to do so so therefore they will try to charge my card again. Hold thing in a nut shell I want my money back

I felt listened to, respected, and not judged for anything I did or said. I believe that everyone I encountered had my best interests at heart. I also appreciated that while maintaining an air of professionalism, the staff, nurses, and doctors present were all amicable. Everyone seemed to intuitively understand that a pap smear/general AFAB wellness exam is a vulnerable experience to undergo, and I felt as though everyone did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable and safe for that. I only informed the nurse and doctor (when asked) that it was my first appointment, so I feel like it says a lot that this was just how they treat all of their patients, whether they're new or existing.
