My experience with Dr. Fajardo has been great. She’s the perfect mix of passionate and professional, a true partner in the therapy process. The work has been consistent and challenging and I’ve made progress I didn’t even realize I was making. If you’re nervous about therapy or unsure where to start, I highly recommend Dr. Fajardo. She’s patient, compassionate and will work with you to move towards where you want to go.

I am a published author and have presented on coping, stress, parenting, couples, medical complications, and more. I have deliberately pursued the highest standard of training in clinical psychology for over 10 years. This means I have completed formal predoctoral, doctoral, and postdoctoral level training at centers of excellence such as Harvard and NYU.
Almost everyone struggles with relationships, self-esteem, work issues, and life balance. In fact, it would be strange if everything was perfect! My goal is to help you learn, recover, and rebound, or even live with those struggles. I consider every client the expert on themselves - now let's change your relationship with yourself from "expert" to "friend."

I have seen Dr. Fajardo weekly for months now. She called me before our first appointment to make sure we are a good fit, and that she will be able to help. She is knowledgeable in all areas of psychology and life. She is intelligent, a great listener, and doesn't need to take notes during sessions to remember everything we discuss! Her compassionate, non-judgmental, and positive attitude helped me advance in my career and interpersonal relationships in a matter of months.
