Went in for hearing and sinus problems. The doctor did a thorough exam--apparently I have crooked ear canals, which makes it hard to see my ear drum! But the doctor figured it out and didn't end up misdiagnosing my hearing problem as something more serious, which another doctor might have done.

Dr Clem is an excellent Doctor very thorough and informative as is his Nurse practitioners. It is alway a pleasure to visit this practice would be nice if we never had to see a doctor, however since I have to he is the one I choose. He spotted problems in my Labs and has since restored my health. Problems other Physicians never mentioned.

A wait time of over an hour, without fail, every single time. Last appointment, three other patients had appointments the same time I did. There's only one doctor here, so that makes no sense. Every time I come I say it will be the last time. This time it really will be. The doctor is very nice but unfortunately I cannot deal with the hour plus wait time in this lobby.

This was my first visit to Dr. Rodriguez, but I will definitely be coming back! The building is easy to get to with plenty of parking around and inside is very clean. The girls at the front desk were warm and welcoming and very helpful with my new Medi-Cal insurance. I filled out a light amount of paperwork and was immediately taken back to the room by a nurse who greeted me with a smile and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Rodriguez came in about 2 minutes later, also with a smile, and got my medical history and asked me about my life and as those before, made me feel very comfortable. The overall appointment was 30 minutes from coming into the office to leaving, which is very fast in my opinion. Dr. Rodriguez has become my new doctor here in LA and I would recommend him to anyone!

My visit went very well. Dr. Rodriguez was really caring and authentically concerned about my welfare. He even called a pharmacist that he knew to check the price of my medication for me. Highly recommend.

I've come in multiple times for the same injury and have been told that it will go away. It has only exacerbated the issues at hand. I came in about a year ago, now, cause there was a shooting pain all up my right leg. "It should go away in a couple months," he said. The pain subsided a little. I know that it's connected to the pain I feel now. I have a ruptured tendon in my right leg now. I also went in when I ruptured my left bicep. I was told to not use it, and to put it in a sling. I have the cheapest health insurance because I can't afford to go out and buy a sling. Also, it's a doctor's office, you don't have slings on hand?! I feel terrible because I've felt terrible and have had next-to-zero help in getting better. Zero prevention, just advice. "Hot and cold packs." Thanks doc. Thank you so much. I was already doing that before I came in. Also my left bicep ruptured too. So, I need help. Please help me, doctor. Give me substantial help.

Dr Rodriguez was very helpful in terms of listening to my issues and then quickly and effectively finding solutions. He also worked with me to figure out the best treatment options with my insurance provider (Medi-Cal) so that treatment didn't cost an arm and a leg and called in prescriptions to the pharmacy.
