Horrendous allergies turned into a major sinus infection and the closest ENT is an hour and a half from me. This PA had appointments available within four hours, called on time, was easy to talk with, listened to my last two weeks of issues, and had the right med waiting at my pharmacy…all within a half hour. I’m a notorious hater of needing to see doctors but this was painless - couldn’t be better!
Now just waiting for those meds to do their job…

My overall care interactions with the provider were A+ but I will say as a primary care pt in need of an STD panel it was nerve wracking/confusing that the provider ordered a Hep B antibody panel > the antigen panel when I’ve been vaccinated against Hepatitis B. Beyond this, they were highly responsive, quick, and easily accessible! No other complaints.

All I saw was just for a quick referral and was told I would have a letter by the end of the day to send over to my doctor not only did.Ionly talk to her for five minutes, but I never received my letter. I contacted two days in a row her staff and felt completely blown off. It was always a different answer each time it almost just felt like they wanted my co-pay and after that could care less of what I was told/needed.

Easy to book an appointment. Quick appointment time. My regular Dr. Won't see you if you have any Covid symptoms you have to use Urgent Care and wait for hours. So this was the my best option. Thank you for your services.

She's nice but took over 30 mins to show to my appt. She also wouldn't tell me what she was prescribing for my eczema. I had told her previously the only thing that worked was a form of steroid cream. Picked up my prescription and its a generic hydrocortisone I could have gotten without an appointment. Would not see again.
