I was extremely late to my appointment because parking in the neighborhood was difficult (Weekday 11:00-1:00). I recommend public transit or walking if possible. However, the office impressed me by being extremely understanding and encouraging me to stop by anyway despite missing my appointment time. They also provided documentation that thoroughly explains their policies on billing and charges upfront which was good to know before actually seeing the doctor.
My daughter was treated kindly by the doctors and nurses. They took her fear of needles into account and were extremely gentle. They were very mindful of her age and gave us lots of age-appropriate information on diet, changing bodies, and vaccinations. The doctor was courteous, professional, informative and attentive.

Nice front desk representative. The medical assist ants did a good job, even, when the difficulty to get my daughter's blood. And the pediatrician was super excellent. I will recommend this doctor to my family and friends.

She's a good doctor, but the wait time is absolutely off the hook. My appointment was scheduled for 4:15, and we weren't called until about 5:20 and seen by doctor Pena around 6!

I love Dr. Peña, she has been treating my son since birth & he is 20 months now. She's always super professional, friendly, takes the time to explain or answer questions and/or concerns. Wait maybe long depends on what time you go though but she's totally worth it.

All staff and doctor were so friendly and caring extremely patient and explained everything completely doctor really takes time to listen to your concerns office is so clean and kid friendly my son loved playing with toys in waiting room and exam rooms kept him busy while we were waiting to be seen ??

I absolutely love Dr. Pena! She is such a loving person and good doctor. She's one of those doctor that with you confident in all of her diagnostics and advise. My two kids go there and besides the normal cold in the winter with all her advice in nutrition and health they just go visit her on her normal routine check up

Very understanding and caring with my daughter. As a mother i felt at easy to finally find a doctor who addressed all of my concerns and with the upmost dedication to help with my daughters care. Nurse was professional and caring. Staff in general make you feel welcomed and at home. It was a very pleasant and conforting visit and recommend this doctor to any parent who also has the needs to find a doctor who actually listens and cares.

I was pleasantly suprised that I got better than expected. From the office setup and decor, obvious that it is a Pediatrician's office, to the reception staff to the medical assistants, the visit with Dr. Pena was very satisfying. Dr. Pena was very patient and took all the time that was necessary to address my and my wife's questions and concerns regarding our two children. She was very informative, caring and pleasant. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Pena was very firm, informative and direct. She took her time explaining to me the diagnosis and answering all my questions and concerns. I even love that her office has a patient portal where you can review all of your medical records, immunzations, prescriptions, lab work and scheduled appointments from your home computer.

Very clean office with engaging learning toys for children. Pleasant staff and proffessional pediatrician, though visits feel slightly rushed due to busy office. However the dr is caring and knowledgable though a bit distracted by calls on her cell phone and all the appointmets that the staff schedules.

I was very pleased with Dr. Pena. Shes very proffesional and polite. The only thing they need to work on is the waiting period and even though we had to wait a long time my son had fun in the waiting area were they have games, books and comfortable chairs for the children.
