From the friendly greeting at the front desk when you arrive and sign-in to the good bye as you leave the office, the entire staff is top notch and professional. The entire visit is kept lively but not rushed and they do an excellent job showing they really care.

She's very thorough. Asks a lot of questions concerning the issue you're having. I actually make all my appointments with her because she makes sure things get done to figure out what's wrong or treat the issue - not ignore like most doctors do.

I made an appointment specifically for an IUD, put it in my notes. Apparently she doesn’t do that. I don’t know why they accepted the appointment. They were pleasant enough, but the wait time once back in the office was really long. They had me fill out paperwork and said they would be right back. No one came back for 40 minutes. Finally someone came to check and took the paperwork. Overall pretty frustrating experience and felt like a huge waste of time.

Colette is one of the few healthcare providers who seems to genuinely listen to what I have to say and what my bodies tells me is wrong. When I ask her opinion on a solution she lays out all my options and helps cross each item off until we find the right fit together. She is not someone who questions my symptoms or blows me off as being overdramatic (it has happened before with other professionals). When there are questions about my body I have, especially any female issues she does not make me feel embarrassed or ashamed. Also, she makes our sessions super quick while still being thorough! I have recommended her to multiple friends and family members. I am so happy that I found her!

My visit with Collette was great as it always has been. Collette is a very caring person she truly is interested in everyone she sees, I always had a good experience going to this office. Things are very different at Parkway Medical today,(not by any fault of this office's staff) Making an appointment is a horror story you call a main number and you wait for a long time before someone picks up the call. The recording tells you you can go online to make your appointment so you don't have to wait not everyone is computer wise, so they are stuck waiting as long as it takes for their call to be answered. If you do go online to schedule your appointment you have to answer some questions about why you need to be seen, whatever you do don't click on anything by accident because once you do you can't take it back. When you get to the office they think you're there for the ailment that you mistakenly entered in the questions. I am not happy with the changes that have been made. Again I am very happy with the staff in this office but everything that made you feel comfortable in the office has been changed. Not good at all.
