What I love about Dr. Watson is his honesty. Now, this guy knows a LOT. That which he doesn't know (for example, I'd mentioned in passing a very rare inherited condition my mom had) he readily admits - a doctor who doesn't try to say he's perfect! - and he will look up information during the appointment so that he knows the answer immediately. Keeping a patient away from days or weeks of suspense is a GIFT, I promise you. My mom had a few medical emergencies before she passed, some of which I took her to the Yale (West Haven, Elm Street) walk-in at which I'd first met Dr. Watson. At one visit, he examined her and said that someone else in the office should take lead and he would assist. He brought in another doctor, who was on call that weekend and could personally follow up with her in three days, on the upcoming Saturday. Dr. Watson has patiently treated my ailments since 2012, and he has readily answered all of my questions either at appointments or via MyChart. He has a good network of colleagues for professional referrals whenever I needed a specialist (e.g. an orthopaedist following a fall/broken arm). He's also immediately welcoming to friends who have had ... problems... with staff in other practices based on who these friends happen to be. He doesn't care who patients are, only about providing care to make us as healthy as we can be! During a long period, I had some very dismissing doctors who sent me from their offices as sick as when I arrived. Over that period to and through the present, Dr. Watson has been THE best provider I've had in at least a decade. He was good enough for me to send my own mother.

Dr. Watson is great doctor. He is very personable and really cares about your well being. He takes the time to find out about you as a person and not just about your medcial concerns. When there is a medical concern, he is very indepth and makes sure he plans the appropriate course of action. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a doctor who cares and is knowledgable in his field.

Really good guy
The experience at Dr. Watson office was fantastic. Didn't wait long to be seen, and when I did get seen Dr. Watson seem happy to see me. The Doc was very observant and informative and I gotta add cool. He knew what had happened to me from what I described to him. He was on point. So far so good. Clean place, happy and polite workers, and convenient. Check, check, and check! They get 2 thumb up with a smile. Thanks Doc see you next month.

Best doctor ever.

It was good. Dr. Watson figured out I had c dif when no one else could. Also Dr. Watson is thorough. When he sees other things wrong he sends you to a specialist.
I met Dr. Watson when he was working at the walk-in clinic on Elm St, West Haven. I have trust issues with doctors but he made me feel like I could trust him immediately. He took the time to let me relax and get to know him. I was extremely sick he wanted to send me to the hospital immediately but I refused. When he realized that I wasn't going to go to the ER, he began addressing my issues 1 at a time. He spent over an hour with me and made the appropriate referrals for my issues and insisted that each doctor see me the very next day. Dr. Watson reminds me and is very much like the doctors of yester year. He takes the time to get to know you, not just as a patient but also as a person. I don't remember the last time I had a doctor who was like that. He never makes you feel rushed or that your time is up. I could go on and on about how wonderful and competent he is but there is not enough room. On a scale of 1 to 10, Dr. Watson is off the chart. I have recommended him to all of my family members and all my friends and that is something I have NEVER done before. Your organisation is extremely lucky to have him and it would be foolish to let him go for any reason.
