Would not recommend this office at all. The walls are paper thin and both of the physicians speak very loud. You can hear conversations from the next room. Also they were very unprofessional. They start speaking to you about your private matters , while the ( sliding door ) that they have in place of a real door is still ajar. Worst office I’ve ever been to.

I booked the appointment and time online. Did all the paperwork online prior to the visit. I arrived 15 minutes early and checked in. They I waited for more than an hour while walk-in's were in and out before I was seen. What is the point of booking an appointment ahead of time if it's ignored?

I specifically chose this provider/urgent care clinic because they were close to me and offered x-rays. Imagine my chagrin when I was informed that because the "...x-ray tech was on maternity leave" I would not be getting an x-ray. Oh, okay, so I guess the PA will diagnose my potential broken bone with "x-ray vision"? What might have been helpful is a note on the website saying "x-rays will NOT be available at this location until further notice due to lack of personnel" or something to that effect?
Staff was nice, facility was nice, but the main reason I came here was for an x-ray so I could make a decision as to my future course of action. Basically, I wasted my time, but they were nice and did give me some obvious advice and a splint. I'm certain when I get my co-pay I'll be less sanguine about this visit as it was pretty meaningless without an x-ray.
