Constance Scholp, MS, APN, ANP-BC, has been working as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in rheumatology since 2009. Her clinical interests include rheumatoid arthritis, connective tissue disorders, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, gout, osteoporosis, as well as other forms of autoimmune joint diseases. Constance helps her patients learn to cope with their illness, better understand their treatment options (including both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic options), and educates them on how to administer prescribed treatments. She is currently based at University of Chicago Medicine Rheumatology at Joliet.
