He has held clinical and leadership positions such as Director of Psychological and Social Services at Curative Rehabilitation Center, Chief Psychologist at Midwest Clinical Services, and Psychology Fellow at Curative Rehabilitation Center. Dr. Hartney was honored as a Fulbright Scholar through Marquette University and has authored several publications on a variety of behavioral health topics.
