I was at first hesitant to go to a podiatrist that shared an office with a dentist. But the reviews were good and my options were limited due to so many offices being closed for the pandemic. Unfortunately I cannot share a positive review. I arrived for my appointment a few minutes early and was the only one in the waiting room. After sitting for a few minutes, two more people checked in. It was a small waiting room and I was a little uncomfortable being in such close quarters. But I had a mask on and did my best to be patient. One of the patients that arrived after me was called in me. After about 20 minutes of waiting I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be. She looked at me incredulously and did not like the fact that I even asked. She replied that she didn’t know. I explained that I didn’t feel comfortable waiting and could she please find out. She walked off in a huff to presumably ask the Doctor. While she was gone, the gentleman in the waiting room informed me that “the person with the Dr is a friend hers so they’re probably chit chatting.”
I’m not an impatient person but we were being advised not to leave our homes so I was nervous to go anywhere to begin with let alone a doctors office. And one that wasn’t exactly sparkly clean.
Luckily a minute later the doctor was ready for me.
I was directed to a room with a dentist chair as opposed to a table you’d expect to see. Not a big deal but I don’t know how I would’ve felt getting my teeth cleaned knowing that foot exams were also being done in that chair
Overall the actual exam was fine and I made a follow up appointment for 2 weeks later.
Unfortunately when they called to confirm that appointment, I let them know I’d have to reschedule because I was symptomatic. When asked when I’d like to reschedule for I told receptionist I’d just call back when I knew I was in the clear. To which she replied “Fine!” and hung up on me.
Needless to say I won’t be rescheduling that appointment.

My visit at this office was amazing. From the front desk helping me out with my kids to Dr. Kauderer who was just awesome, she answered all my questions and gave me a little medical history lesson which I loved. Not to mention my ingrown nail was taken care of in a very quick 5-10 min procedure. Great office for foot care!!
