About Dr. Jade Seguin-Richard
Dr. Richard is originally from Canada and obtained her doctorate in
podiatric medicine from the University of Quebec (UQTR) as
valedictorian. She practiced podiatry in Canada for a few years before
moving to the USA to pursue her dream of becoming a reconstructive
foot and ankle surgeon.
Dr. Richard earned her second doctorate and graduated magna cum
laude from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine (NYCPM) and
completed her advanced surgical training at the renowned Atlantic
Health System in New Jersey. During her residency training, she
served as the Chief Resident for the Podiatric Foot and Ankle Surgery
Program. During this time, she was responsible for supervising and
managing her colleagues, giving multiple scientific lectures, and being
involved in scientific research, which led to her co-author articles on
reconstructive foot surgery. Dr. Richard now works in conjunction with
the Morristown Medical Center Podiatric Residency Program as an
attending surgeon, helping to educate residents and podiatric medical
students.
At Royal Podiatry, Dr. Richard has an objective to offer her expertise
and provide high-quality foot and ankle health for her patients. As Dr.
Richard explains, “Every patient is different with their own unique
needs. My goal is to design an individual treatment plan to help each
and every one of my patients achieve the best outcome possible.”
Dr Richard is a board certified doctor and diplomate of the American
Board of Podiatric Medicine. Currently, she holds a certification in foot
and ankle arthroscopy as well as being trained at the prestigious
Baltimore Limb Deformity Course by world famous orthopedic and
podiatric surgeons in external fixation and limb correction techniques.
Dr. Richard has a passion for sports and likes to volunteer at sporting
events, which have included the Boston and New York Marathons
where she helped athletes and treated sports injuries. She likes to
spend her free time with her husband and son, enjoying hiking a

The office staff members are super helpful. Dr Jade Seguin is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and cares for patients. Dr. Richardson was so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. It didn't take her long to figure out what was likely causing my pain and to come up with a treatment plan. The appointment was efficient, but I never felt rushed. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and seen immediately following completion of the standard documents. So relieved to have someone to see for any future issues, too!

Dr. Seguin was incredible - so kind and helpful - but the problem is that she did not actually take my insurance, which is a pretty standard Aetna plan. I should have done the due diligence to check on the Aetna portal that she is in my network but I had never had issues with Zocdoc before, and her receptionist didn't bother to warn me either when they called to confirm my appointment.

the office is small, in a mixed use building conveniently located in Ktown. They are lucky to have the kindest medical receptionist I have interacted with. Doctor Richards has wonderful beside manner, explained my options well and took time with me, I didn’t feel rushed. I will continue to see her.
