“The office was clean. Staff were very helpful. I was able to get seen within 30 mins of me being there which is amazing because it was so many people there. The doctor was very nice and informative and I enjoyed her outfit. ”

This was my 1st time visiting a podiatrist. Dr. Najjar, the MA, and other staff made it such a welcoming visit. I was seen within a few minutes of checking in. Dr. Najjar has good bedside manner and listened to the reasons for my visit, including the tangent I went on about how getting a pedicure in 2019 ruined my feet (lol). She explained how my arch creates additional pressure and how it may have further contributed to the formation of calluses. She provided instructions on next steps and explained why she made certain recommendations. Looking forward to my follow-up visit

This was a follow-up visit to go over testing and was pretty straightforward. During our visit, Hirunnisha Najjar, DPM was securely double-masked - so I of course felt very secure in her presence.
At this location, as of 5/19/22 - It was very concerning to witness patients go maskless in the waiting room and exam rooms. There were also two employees completely maskless working in the lobby. I do hope that they will go back to the practices I witnessed back in March which made me feel safe enough to enlist their varied practitioners. The medical treatment has been very good thus far across the board, but this is the one place where mask-wearing should be 100%.
