Dr Rutland is a board certified Ob/Gyn.She completed her medical education at Howard University, College of Medicine, where she received recognition for excellence in Ob/Gyn and surgical subspecialties. She completed her Ob/Gyn residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Southern California. Her clinical interests, in addition to general obstetrics and gynecology, high risk obstetric,minimally invasive surgery, urogynecology, and cosmetic gynecology.

Pleasantly surprised that the doctor had a consultation with me prior to changing into the gown for the exam. She listened to what I had to say and scheduled diagnostics and a plan for the future for my specific condition. She made suggestions too! I had a Dr. For 20 years and she retired and I’ve been floundering. I will definitely keep this doc as my obgyn.

Without question, the best medical appointment I've ever had, from the moment I walked in until I left. Every member of the team was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and truly excellent with their specific role. The receptionist made the short wait enjoyable. Dr. Ivycrow actually saw me and was truly outstanding. "Ro" did my blood work at the end and made it quick and as painless as possible (I have a phobia of needles).

She wouldn’t follow through on some prescriptions we discussed and I also felt as though some of my concerns were ignored. Also, long waiting time and they’re very difficult to get In touch with. Otherwise a kind doctor and I enjoyed the experience of interacting with her.

The medical assistant was great, I could ask her any question and she pretty much knew it. She helped me out a lot. The doctor was amazing! I am not sure if she knew I was nervous but she was very informative as well as calming. I will be recommending this place to everyone! Will he scheduling an appointment for my mom at this office as well!!
