Dr Austin didn’t listen to my concerns. I had to repeat them multiple times. The exam was painful and she was abrasive.
Dr. Austin was very professional and personable. Her staff was equally warm and welcoming!

Everything went well as far as the service I received. Dr Austin has an excellent bedside manner. She genuinely seems to care. She goes above and beyond to provide relevant medical information based on the latest science and research as it pertains to her patients. Dr Austin is also very thorough and patient with questions, provides suggestions to improve your health, and takes very good notes for follow up care which are given to the patient at the end of the appointment. The only drawback was figuring out the portal. The tech desk had to be contacted to correct something to give me access, which took a couple of days. But I find portals confusing and not user friendly with a number of providers.
Dr. Austin had a very nice bedside manner, and took the time to review my health information and history to consider follow-up exams/appointments. She explained what she was doing during my exam and made sure I was as comfortable as possible.
Dr. Had amazing bedside manner and went above and beyond expectations during my first visit. Looking forward to continuing our patient / doctor relationship.

I think much of the admin staff left before my appointment so the doctor checked me in. The doctor's skill are medical and interpersonal, not administrative. This meant longer wait times at the closing of the office. The office itself doesn't seem up-to-date or current as far as intake procedures, the physical space, and lack of online resources. After a long wait, I was told that my deductible was MUCH higher (4x more) than expected. Surprised and confused, I asked a few more questions that the Doctor couldn't really answer. I wanted to cancel/reschedule until I could speak with my carrier. Because I was trying to leave, she made a few more calls (more wait time) and then my deductible was what I expected. The exam was brief, cursory, and not worth the wait as I expected more than what I would get at my PCP. While friendly, I don't think this is for me.

I really appreciated Dr. Austin’s bedside manner and the time that she took to review my health information and history. She was informative and provided me with next steps to take better care of my overall health. As a trauma survivor, OB-GYN visits can be uncomfortable for me. Dr. Austin mannerisms put me at ease. Thank you!
