Nice office rooms, new and stylish. SmartPhone app for inputting health data was also useful. X-ray was quick and the mages on the 32-inch screen in the exam room looked so crisp and clear they were almost the resolution of an MRI :-) . Dr. Miller knows his stuff, keeps on top of the latest developments in orthopedics, is no-nonsense but at the same time cordial and helpful. Will definitely have him replace my shoulder if it comes to that point!

He was very professional and deliberate in his work. There was a bit of a wait to be seen but it really wasn’t that bad. I was taken for an X-ray almost immediately after being called back and then saw Dr. Miller right after. Dr. Miller clearly explained what the issue was and wasn’t and what I could expect from healing. 100% would return to him for future issues.
Verified patient
Dr. Miller listened to my symptoms, provided clear and detailed medical explanations about my condition. He also provided options for next steps and recommendations that were reasonable, conservative and easy to understand.
Verified patient
Dr. Miller was fantastic.

Dr. Miller is the best!
Verified patient
I was in and out in 30 minutes, which was great. I have seen Dr. Miller for a few different issues over the past 10 years and he is very good; avoids surgery where possible. He also explains what is going on in plain English. He is not effusive and won't be chatting with you about your day but that's fine because he is focused on what is wrong and fixing it. (He is quite pleasant though.)
Verified patient
Very professional and o the point. Great bed side manner. Answered all my questions and gave me a realistic path forward in dealing with my shoulder.
Verified patient
He's very down to earth and engaging.
Verified patient
Dr. Miller was friendly and knowledgeable, and ETHICAL. He explained my shoulder issues and detailed the reasons why surgery was not recommended at this time. Sent me to physical therapy instead. I'd highly recommend Dr. Miller, he seems to be an experienced physician that you can trust.
Verified patient
Dr. Miller and crew were great! They took the time to listen and understand my issue and I feel like we came to a collaborative conclusion. Based on how they handled the consult I feel totally at ease going into the surgery in a couple weeks and have a clear understanding of the recovery. The surgery scheduler was great, answered all my questions and let me know what to expect.
Verified patient
Dr Miller was very thorough and informative! He also had my best interest at heart. He did not believe I needed to start with surgery, he gave me a cortisone shot and referred me to physical therapy first to see if it would improve and avoid surgery. This was after a recommendation from another surgeon to have surgery and a review of a previous MRI. It would have been easy for him to just go with surgery but he did what was best for me. I highly revommend him!

Loved his honesty and deliberate recos.
Dr. Miller is an extremely skillful surgeon. He has operated on my son's left and right shoulders, one when my son was just 12 years old and the other at 17 years. Both times, he performed a delicate surgery perfectly. In fact, the second time, for convenience to my son's school schedule, we saw a very highly recommended surgeon who lived closer to us and he said, "I can perform this surgery [on an unusual and severe tear] but since your son is so young and wants to play his sport in college, I feel I need to tell you that the best surgeon to perform this particular procedure is Dr. Craig Miller." We are so thankful.
Verified patient
Dr. Miller was very thorough, efficient, informative and assessed my shoulder issue very quickly; and he did not push a cortisone treatment. Off to physical therapy and back to Dr. Miller in six weeks. Very pleased.
Verified patient
Dr. Miller doesn't hold your hand - he is quick and to the point. But he's not cold - he will answer all of your questions with kindness. He was very confident in both diagnoses for me - knee and elbow. Knee surgery was fast and easy. Support was ample. Two thumbs up! :)
Clear discussion of options after thorough exam.

Verified patient
He seems confident and competent. He's a little brusk. He asked his assistant to provide me with a description of the reverse shoulder surgery but no one explained what all the acronyms in the document meant.
