I have been shopping for a new pediatrician since we changed insurance. This was the third office I’ve tried in 2 1/2 years. The entire office (front desk, techs, nurse, etc) were professional and very nice. Lots of eye contact, introducing themselves, speaking to both me amd my son, asking repeated if we had questions or understood what they needed us to do next. Crystal Mansfield sealed the deal. I finally have found my new pediatric office!

Ms. Crystal Mansfield is a caring and considerate nurse practitioner, who provides high-quality care and patient service that is evidence-based and family-centered. She is an alumnus of Jacksonville University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree and subsequently completed a master’s degree in nursing at Simmons University.
Ms. Mansfield looks after the children of Lawrenceville and Peachtree Corners, GA, and is excited to bring her knowledge to Ivy League Pediatrics. She manages a wide array of patient concerns, such as allergic coughs, eye infections, sinus problems, urinary tract infections, and leg cramps.

Honestly, I have never been to an. Office like this. Here is my opinion, I felt like the doctor was only available when needed. The staff just quickly follow the simplistic short protocol for checkup. Most importantly, I needed the immunization forms completed and gave them 2 days to transfer it over. I came back and they ask me for the entire history. And they told me to sit and they will find out. 15 min later, I am still sitting here. My old doctor would have the forms completed by now. I have a job just like them and I can’t sit around and wait for this.
I will never return.

The new staff is nice but the overall service is satisfactory at best. I prefer the previous staff consisting of Dr. Shonte Henderson. I don't have any specific complaints but this office no longer has the "Wow Factor" it once had.
