Wonderful visit on short notice. I was running behind because there was traffic and I want familiar with the area. The office called as a 15 minute courtesy and then helped hide me to the parking garage. When I arrived check in was smooth and was was taken to a room immediately. The Dr. was pleasant and actively listened. The treatment is current in the process and I’m hopeful for a great result.

Dr. Jones, a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from New York College of Podiatric Medicine, with a Residency in Surgery at Saint Vincent's Medical Center, has been treating fungal toenails using our 1064 nm laser for years, and her results are fabulous. Anyone who was previously told they need their nail removed because of its thickness needs to see her first.
With light and delicate hands, Dr. Jones provides the best foot care.
Most ER and Urgent Care doctors know only one way to remove an ingrown nail—and it’s usually the wrong way. Dr. Jones knows five different procedures and gets them healed way faster.
Heel pain is nasty, but Dr. Jones will likely have you pain-free by the second or third visit.

I needed to be seen right away before a major vacation. I was able to book my appointment and be seen the next day. Everyone was very kind. The Dr was thorough and addressed the cause of my pain quickly and effectively. I would recommend her highly.
The only issue I had was that I scheduled on Zocdoc at one time and was called by the office to tell me that time was not available. I was contacted promptly and rescheduled with the same provider for the same day. I did not find this overly burdensome.

I would most definitely return to Dr. Jones!! She and her staff were A1. There was a slight delay of about 45 mins due to something about my insurance. They worked it out behind the scenes, so I never knew exactly what it was. I would only suggest a quick call to the office to verify that all the forms were received and the insurance had been approved. Other than that, this was a fantastic experience.

The entire staff was nice and professional. The front door reception was the best. She had a very rude customer that was cursing and very rude and she was nothing but nice. The doctor listened to me!!!!! I didn’t feel so uncomfortable and the young lady that did my X-rays was very specific and gave great directions. I have already recommend two people to this clinic. I look forward to placing my foot care into their hands. Thank you.

Dr. Jones was both professional and personable. she shared knowledge and showed care. She was also patient and only ended the session after making sure that I asked all the questions I had. The staff was also competent, friendly and supportive.

Dr. Jones did a good job. Very nice doctor. The problem is some of the office workers. I was extremely relieved to be able to walk much better once seen by Dr. Jones. I told her this several times in front of two of the office staff to which they stated, “Crack is wack.” Both office workers said this directly as I spoke as an ongoing office joke they have for some customers. Dr. Jones obviously heard the two say these words as she and I were extremely close to them and only said half heartedly, “You shouldn’t say these things.” Two office workers literally called me a crack smoker because I was so happy I could finally walk without great pain after months of difficulties and several times told Dr. Jones this in glee. This literally happened. Dr. Jones is a good doctor. The problem is at least two of the office workers have running jokes they direct at some customers. These two office workers abuse customers. I had a second appointment but cancelled it. Never again will I go back.

This is the first podiatrist visit I've ever felt was very thorough, I love the diagnosis of the circulation in my feet, love the doctor messaged and added lotion on my feet when she was finished, no Podiatrist has ever told me I should put lotion on my feet everyday. I highly recommend Dr. Jessica Brown.
