The visit went fine. I do wish someone had notified me sooner about her being delayed as I was concerned that my information had not got there so they cancelled my visit. In calling I had to do so several times and long time ringing. But we got it taken care of.

She’s very down to earth and I appreciate that you don’t feel rushed. She’s had some great insight as to alternative approaches to problems we’ve come in with. She’s very thorough and I love that she’s not afraid to ask questions and get labs.
I’ve been coming in for 8 months now and I don’t mind the wait because finding a quality doctor that I jive with is more important to me. I wish she lived closer to her schedule, but if she never gets there I think I’ll be ok with that.

Dr. Estrada is great but my appointment was for 12:15pm and I wasn't seen until 1:45pm so pretty much my day was wasted just waiting to be seen. Appointments should mean something.

This office consistently runs anywhere from one to three hours behind. Patients are left waiting with no updates from staff. The doctor seems fine once you actually get to see her, but the practice is very poorly run.

Dr. Estrada is always excellent and spends time with me and seems to truly care. The wait time, however, is ridiculous. It took over 1.5 hours to finally see her. They said they had had computer problems, which caused them to be backed up, but someone should have explained that to me right from the beginning.

Asked about the delay at one hour past appointment time. Was told she is always running 1.5-2 hours behind. Staff did not share this information with me upon arrival. They seem to think this is business as usual- guess that is why I usually only use urgent care. My time is worth the extra money. This office does not understand that or seem to care.

Dr. Estrada is hands down the best primary care physician I've ever visited. I have a complicated diagnosis with over lapping symptoms. She has helped me when my specialists were stumped on more than one occasion. She takes her time and I've never felt rushed or that she "forgot" something we have talked about. She's very busy but very multi task oriented. If if takes a few minutes or longer to see her, don't get upset. When she visits you, you'll understand. She lets you talk, she asks questions and she clarifies. If you don't understand, she explains again. She's very patient.??

I did have to wait 1 hr to see dr estrada but I see why! She really takes her time to ask questions about exams I should have had done due to my age. My rx was sent to cvs and referral sent to physical therapist and referral for mammo! wow! :-)
