Wow. Thorough, thoughtful, and I'm sure he took more time with me than he might have "techinically" been allowed to do by corporate mandate. I've just changed PCPs to Dr. Dale Kliner.

The office staff was not welcoming. The nurse was rude. The doctor was not warm or friendly or conversational... very matter of fact. I felt intimidated and interrogated rather than having a conversation. I was disappointed with this visit.

Visit with Dr.Kliner was good! I was impressed with him and his staff UNTIL they had called me about some blood test. His assistant had called me with with the wrong results. And when I had called back to let them know I had to leave a message again about my inaccurate reading. When his assistant called me back she had no idea what I was talking about. I let it be! I was also supossed to get an ultrasound done and the office there said they'd contact the ultrasound place so they could call me to set up an appointment! That never happened. This place is not very reliable!

Dr kliner is efficient but takes his time with you to make sure he understands your problem and that you understand his directions. He has had a lot of experience which makes me feel a lot more confident about my health care.
