I was not contacted. The app was unclear what to do to contact provider. When I finally saw that I could call the office, it was closed.

She was very thorough and meticulous. My oxygen levels were low (I came in for a bad ongoing headache) and after the evaluation she sent me straight to the ER. I am still there while they figure out what is wrong.
