Dr. Murk is a bright young doctor who went to the University of Florida. The front desk is affable and she had a great sense of humor while working quickly. The nurse who took me in initially was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommended office.

Only negative was a 20-30 minute wait due to the staff working to confirm that my insurance could cover a certain treatment. The rest of the experience was fantastic.

This is probably one of the worst experiences I have had. If you are trans don’t go here. I needed medical clearance for my upcoming top surgery because my bmi is one over the cutoff. I used my deadname to check in because even though I had requested my chosen name be used for me I was unsure if that would come up. The women at the front was rude and mocked me for using my deadname. The Dr. was definitely the worst part though. He didn’t ask me a single question about my diet or activity before telling me I needed to and I quote restrict restrict restrict. He called me obese several times and told me I needed to lose weight to extend my life with out doing a single test or anything to see what my health was like.

I needed an appointment ASAP and Dr. Murk was available and my visit was very fast. He is very intelligent, friendly, and confident and was knowledgeable of my conditions and needs. My experience was wonderful. I was unaware that my insurance had changed (through my work) prior to the visit and they let me know it had expired while I was filling out paperwork, they waited while I contacted my employer and got the updated insurance, and still let me keep my appointment for that same day. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and the whole experience was simply great.

As a new patient at this office, my initial impression wasn’t the best. When I first walked in, the check-in process felt a bit impersonal. The person at the front desk was short and it almost felt like I was just another transaction. There was no warm greeting, and it made me feel like I was bothering them rather than being welcomed as a patient.
However, once I was called to the back, everything changed. The rest of the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made me feel much more comfortable. The real highlight of my visit was Dr. Craig Murk. He is truly a 10/10 doctor—professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt at ease during the entire appointment.
Based on my experience with Dr. Murk and the rest of the team in the back, I am excited to continue my care with them. While the front desk could improve their welcoming experience, the rest of the team really made up for it.

The doctor was very nice, and so was the staff. Just the rooms don't have much sound proofing. I can hear what people are talking about in the next room and I'm sure they heard me talking too. This is the problem with the building, not sure if anything could be done with it other than you insisting to speak at a lower voice. Otherwise, I'd recommend this provider.

Incredibly friendly doctor. Seems to be the kind of person that values the integrity of the patient practitioner relationship, which in my experience is rare these days. His nurse was incredibly awesome too; I am terrified of needles and getting blood drawn, and she was very endearing and compassionate with me. Definitely will be returning for all my future health needs!
