The provider was friendly and kind, if not just a little awkward. She noticed things about my eyes that were either new, or had gone unnoticed by previous providers, which was a comfort to me. She took time to hear about what I like/dislike about my current contacts and glass prescription and I felt heard. They are out of network for VSP (shame on you, ZocDoc!) but they worked with me when we discovered the mistake.

Dr. Raymondi is a great doctor! She is so kind and does a thorough exam, and really listens to you. The entire team at this location is also very kind. Most places pressure you into buying a lot, and I did not have that experience here. They also explain your insurance well. I'm happy I found a great optometrist in the city!

It was my first time here but Dr. Raymondi was extremely kind and helpful when it came to answering my questions and concerns - my vision exam was very thorough and very quick and efficient (but not in a rushed way). The staff working there were super nice as well! Would definitely start making this my regular place for eye care and health!

She is an awesome doctor. She friendly treats patients with good care and attention. She is patient that she takes time and multiple follow ups to resolve issues of patients. No wait time. She was ready to take care of me even though I was at the office a bit earlier than my scheduled appointment. She understood me when I got there a bit late, too.
